Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available to support treatment across neurological and complex orthopedic diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or preferred.
• State licensure is required to practice in TX.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning and cognitive needs.
• Dysphagia management and augmentative communication support.
• Treatment delivered in patients' homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement integrated, patient-centered plans.
