Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Georgetown, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available to serve throughout the stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication, with evidence-based approaches in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• State licensure required.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient-centered care in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
