Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Georgetown, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay.

Qualifications

Completion of Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required; ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
Deliver patient-centered therapy in patients' homes and communities; create integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
