Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Fort Worth, TX is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN positions available, serving the duration of patients' stay with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and AAC, with strong communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred (CCC-SLP).
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, executive function and cognitive needs.
• Address dysphagia and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with families and interprofessional teams in home/community settings.
