Easterseals Central Texas is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide routines-based therapy to infants and toddlers in their home and community settings. The role emphasizes family-centered care and collaboration with the child's team.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred; candidates must hold Texas licensure and ASHA CCC. The position requires reliable transportation and adherence to agency policies and documentation standards, with opportunities for professional development within the ECI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed in Texas (TDLR) and ASHA CCC.
• Two years' experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
• Must have own transportation with valid auto insurance as required by Texas law.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to children birth to 36 months in home and community settings.
• Use a family-centered model with the parent or guardian as part of the child's team.
• Maintain skills, credentials, and knowledge as required by policy and standards.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing education.
• Develop and deliver routines-based service plans in a primary service provider model.
• Coordinate with families and physicians to obtain and update medical information.
