Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a field-based technician to perform equipment setups for ventilators, monitors, CPAP units, and related oxygen equipment in patients' homes. You will provide technical assistance, educate patients, and maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires travel by personal vehicle, on-call availability evenings/weekends, and familiarity with home healthcare practices to ensure safe, timely setups and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare setting required.
• State licensure or certification applicable to clinical practice is required.
• CRTs and RRTs are qualified for this position.
• Training/education must meet state/national board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up technical medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Provide patient education and clinical care services.
• Maintain patient records and reports in compliance with standards.
• Travel to patient locations using a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Work on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
