Champions ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for home-based ABA services in the North Attleborough area. You will work with children and adolescents with ASD and developmental disabilities, delivering one-on-one therapy in clients' homes and coordinating with BCBA-provided plans.

The role emphasizes compassion, flexibility, and collaboration within a supportive team. Training and supervision are provided to develop skills and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework/associate's degree preferred.
• 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and oversee daily activities.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination.
• Participate in regular training and supervision to enhance skills.
