Job summary

Champions ABA in Massachusetts seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and community ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients acquire new skills.

We value compassionate communication, reliability, and teamwork. Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an RBT training program with certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RBT training program and RBT certification required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and revise therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions.
