Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Melrose, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician – ABA Services to join our in-home and community-based program. You will work with licensed therapists to implement behavior intervention plans and support children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes data collection, daily living skills support, and collaboration with families. Availability for PART TIME evenings and weekends is required, with competitive hourly pay and ongoing

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or eligible for certification.
• Post-secondary education in related fields considered a plus.
• Experience in ABA, psychology or education environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.
