Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Home-Based ABA Services in North Attleborough, MA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, guided by BCBA plans and daily supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ongoing training. This position offers flexible Part-Time schedules and meaningful, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate's degree preferred.
• 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Home-Based ABA Services team! As an RBT with Champions ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a home-based setting. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative ABA therapy that helps individuals discover their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on skills development and behavioral interventions

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and oversee daily treatment activities

• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate's degree preferred
