Job summary

Champions ABA - MA, a leading provider of in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Melrose, MA, is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician – ABA Services to join our team. You will work with licensed therapists and analysts to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Registry Board Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in related field preferred.
• Availability for PART TIME schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and behavior analysts to achieve goals.
