Champions ABA in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, under supervision of BCBA professionals.

You will track client progress, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment and outcomes. This part-time role includes mentorship and ongoing training within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completed RBT training program and BACB certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology/special education or related field preferred.
• 0 years of experience as an RBT; eager to learn and grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home and community-based settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention plans developed by BCBA supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and adhere to ABA standards and company protocols.
