Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for our Home & Community Program in Mount Vernon, WA. This PRN (W2) role delivers outpatient-quality therapy directly to clients in their homes and communities, enabling meaningful, real-world recovery.

Deliver functional PT in natural environments, support community mobility, return to work, and daily independence, and collaborate with OT, SLP, and LCSW clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs/progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, and LCSW teams to coordinate care.
