Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Tacoma seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy on a PRN basis. The role emphasizes real-world mobility goals and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will support return-to-work and driving independence, with flexible scheduling and a W2 arrangement. This PRN position offers competitive hourly pay and patient-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient progress to treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
