Ennoble Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Boston, MA region under physician supervision. You will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

Responsibilities include comprehensive exams, care plan development, ordering diagnostics, and prescribing medications in collaboration with our in-house clinical team. A flexible, autonomous role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA with MA license.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients.
• Perform physical exams and develop care plans.
• Communicate with staff and operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
