Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Morris County, NJ. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision, managing a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.

Ideal candidates are board-certified NPs with NJ certification, possessing 1–2 years in primary care, especially geriatrics. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a supportive in-house clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with NJ license or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to diagnose and treat.
• Positive demeanor and excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Morris County, NJ.
• Assess health through physical exams and medical histories; develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and participate in team discussions.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; adjust as needed.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
