Job summary

Ennoble Care in Union County, NJ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients. You will work under physician supervision, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the patient’s home. Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with NJ license.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Union County, NJ.
• Perform exams, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
