Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Pilot in Command for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Las Vegas, NV. This role supports a 2-pilot operation with contract pilots and a dedicated maintenance technician, flying approximately 300 hours per year under EJM's P135 certificate.

Home-based candidates within a 90-minute drive of a major airport are welcome. The PIC has final responsibility for safe, compliant operation and outstanding service, including flight planning,

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours or more.
• FAA Type rating in CL-300 series preferred.
• Piloting experience in corporate/business aviation (P135).
• PIC hours and MEL experience required.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of flight in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform flight planning, performance and weight and balance for each assignment.
• Lead briefings and risk mitigation using CRM/TEM.
• Coordinate with maintenance and ground/flight security as required.
• Deliver high level customer service and support passengers' needs.
