Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC in Hawthorne, CA, is seeking a Challenger 300 Lead Pilot to operate as PIC on a 2-pilot account under Part 135. The role supervises a two-person crew and coordinates owner flights, maintenance, and training with VIP teams.

Qualified candidates have ATP, Challenger 300 PIC rating, and extensive turbine PIC hours; CFI/CFII/MEI are a plus. Relocation to Hawthorne/LA area is required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• CFI/CFII/MEI certificates are preferred but not required.
• Total flight time targets and PIC TURBINE experience are essential.
• FAR Part 91/61 and AIM knowledge is required to operate under Part 135.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lead Pilot with PIC responsibilities on Challenger 300.
• Manage crew schedules, training, and communications with VIP flight teams.
• Ensure airworthiness, preflight inspections, and compliance with regulations.
