Iowa Home Care seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy across Webster City and Fort Dodge areas. You''ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist to execute individualized plans, helping patients improve movement, independence, and safety at home.

Your role involves hands-on PT, gait training, and ensuring patients and caregivers understand home exercises while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Iowa PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation; auto insurance present.

Responsabilités

• Provide PTA services in patients'' homes per the plan of care.
• Administer therapeutic exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, gait training, and activities of daily living.
• Reinforce home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers.
• Document visits accurately and timely and report changes to supervising PT.
