Job summary

Qualifications

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the PT.
• Document patient responses and progress per agency standards.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication with SN, OT, PT, PTA, SLP, and MD.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with infection-control policies.
