Job summary

THERAPY 2000, Inc is hiring a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in the Houston area, with a preference for bilingual or feeding experience. This home-based pediatric role offers opportunities to work in Westchase, Energy Corridor, and Briar Forest with sign-on bonus considerations.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching, along with collaboration across medical teams. PTO and comprehensive benefits are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Bilingual or Feeding experience is required or preferred.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a home-health setting is preferred.
• Certifications in feeding therapy (e.g., VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS) are a plus.
• Paid time off and benefits available for full-time and part-time employees.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with patients’ medical teams and other providers.
• Complete patient visits to meet agency requirements.
• Maintain patient charts, progress notes, and logs timely.
