Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas (current/active).
• 3+ years experience as a pediatric SLP.
• Experience in home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Complete timely chart updates and progress summaries.
