Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine needs for therapy.
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain timely chart updates and progress summaries.
Meet agency deadlines and maintain understanding of care standards.
