Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with young children, ideally in early intervention.
• Knowledge of evidence-based pediatric physical therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse families.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams to support children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children birth to three years.
• Provide direct physical therapy services at patients' homes.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to set goals and support development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
