Job summary

The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home pediatric therapy as part of the Early Intervention program. You will work with infants and toddlers, aligning services with IFSP goals and state requirements.

Travel to family homes is required, with flexibility in scheduling to meet family needs. Responsibilities include delivering therapy per best practice guidelines, documenting progress, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to implement

Qualifications

• PA license required (Bachelor's, Master’s, or DPT accepted) and licensure in good standing.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Ability to travel to home environments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention therapy services in home-based settings.
• Assess IFSP goals and document progress per state guidelines.
• Collaborate with families to implement Home-Based Coaching Model.
• Coordinate scheduling and travel to administer assessments and services.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and billing data.
