Job summary

The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention services in home-based settings under the Home-Based Coaching Model, serving children birth to age three.

You will travel to families in the Pittsburgh area; the role offers a flexible full-time schedule and requires PA licensure and pediatric experience. Documentation and collaboration with families and professionals are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with PA license, required
• Master's Degree with PA license or DPT with PA license preferred
• One year of pediatric experience preferred
• PA driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, organization, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention Physical Therapy services in home-based settings
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers using Home-Based Coaching Model
• Complete documentation including progress notes and travel records on time
• Schedule evaluations and maximize productivity
• Maintain knowledge of current pediatric PT practices
