Job summary

The Childrens Institute of Pittsburgh seeks a part-time Physical Therapist to deliver early intervention therapies in home settings. You will work under the Home-Based Coaching Model to meet IFSP goals, partnering with families to ensure confidentiality and effective care.

Travel in the Pittsburgh area is required, with flexible scheduling to accommodate families. Qualified candidates hold a PA license with a PT degree (Bachelor, Master, or DPT) and have pediatric experience, strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with PA license or higher (Master's or DPT preferred).
1 year pediatric experience.
Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, organization, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy in accordance with pediatric PT best practices.
Partner with families using Home-Based Coaching Model to meet IFSP goals.
Complete documentation for caseload management (progress notes, billing, data).
Coordinate with families, peers, and professionals to create cohesive therapy plans.
Schedule evaluations and visits to meet IFSP guidelines and maximize productivity.
Remain knowledgeable about current pediatric PT practices and tools.
