The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1000, monthly tech stipend, and potential eligibility for medical benefits for part-time staff, sick time, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• California OT license is required to practice in CA.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using family-centered approaches.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Apply parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environments, including homes and community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
