Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist in California to support infants and toddlers in home and community settings.

You will assess development, implement OT services, and coach families using the Parent Coaching Model to promote caregiver confidence and child progress. Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric experience required, Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and ensure progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare centers, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
