THERAPY 2000 in Pearland is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist or COTA for home-based care, serving Texas families with pediatric therapy services.

You will perform OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coach families to support children at home. The role emphasizes collaboration with a care network and adherence to agency standards to deliver high-quality pediatric therapy.

Qualifications

• Current active Texas OT license.
• 3+ years pediatric OT experience.
• Experience in home-health setting.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care; complete required weekly visits.
• Keep patient charts updated; submit progress summaries and logs.
• Meet agency expectations for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and agency policies.
