Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare services, home healthcare, medical equipment, patient support, customer service, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, setup, retrieval, and management of TWO2 therapy equipment.
• Patient education regarding proper use of therapy equipment and prescribed treatment protocols.
• Patient support intended to encourage therapy utilization and adherence.
• Documentation of service activities using approved systems and platforms.
• Coordination with AOTI clinical, operational, and customer support personnel, as appropriate.
• Identification and communication of patient concerns or equipment-related issues requiring escalation.
• Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management activities.
• Support of service quality and patient satisfaction objectives.
