Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in a patient’s home or in community settings around Haverhill, MA. You will design and implement therapy plans that restore independence and optimize daily function for older adults.

The role offers a flexible PRN schedule with 8–12 hours per week, opportunities for supervision, mentorship, CEUs, and visa/relocation support, plus company perks and a focus on safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE).
• Initial NBCOT registration and valid state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in a home or community setting.
• Develop and implement OT plans of care and measure progress.
• Supervise OT assistants and students as applicable.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in team meetings.
