Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification and valid state OT license are required.
• Must have reliable transportation to patient residences.

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home and facility settings for older adults.
• Supervise assistants and students as required by licensure.
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation and participate in care conferences.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to determine appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Adapt plans of care to individual patient needs and ensure safety at all times.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment; ensure patient service with high-quality care.
