Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in Marion County, FL. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse geriatric population with chronic diseases.

Responsibilities include performing exams, updating histories, creating care plans, and collaborating with our in-house clinical team.

Qualificações

  • Board certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Florida.
  • 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with staff and patients.

  • Coordinate with clinical operations across platforms.
  • Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.

  • Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Marion County, FLregion. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Marion County, FL
  • Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care
  • Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
  • Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
  • Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
  • Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
  • Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
  • Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
What You'll Need:
  • Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
  • Positive demeanor and strong people skills
  • Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
  • 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Salary Range:
  • Full-time: $105,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
  • Providers are paid per visit
