Job summary
HarmonyCares in Texas is seeking a competent Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care to high-acuity patients through Round Rock, Georgetown, Belton, Jarod, and Temple area. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, no weekends or evenings. Athena AI Scribe aids charting within the workday.

Qualifications
- Licensed as an NP in the state of practice.
- Federal DEA license/eligibility.
- Geriatric training/experience preferred.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
- Board Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
- Provide patient‑centered care with time to address patient needs.
