Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Brandon, Mississippi. You will perform exams, update histories, and craft individualized care plans under physician supervision.

The role requires board-certified NP/PA credentials in Mississippi, strong clinical and independent-working skills, and a preference for 1–2 years of geriatric primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Mississippi license or equivalent credentials.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric patients.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Brandon, MS.
• Perform physical exams and update medical histories to craft care plans.
• Communicate across clinical operations and platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostics as needed and prescribe medications and interventions.
