Job summary

Ennoble Care in Montgomery County, MD seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse group of patients with chronic diseases.

Board certified with a valid Maryland NP or PA certification, practical 1–2 years in primary care (geriatric/hospice experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Board-certified with Maryland NP/PA credential
• Strong clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatrics preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Montgomery County, MD
• Perform physical examinations, obtain histories, and develop care plans
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications and interventions as medically appropriate
