Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Irvine, CA and surrounding areas. This role focuses on delivering therapy in patients' homes and communities with PRN positions available.

The interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans addressing upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required with state licensure.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurological disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment needs.
