Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans delivered in patients' homes and communities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in OT and state licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
