Job summary

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, vision and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans delivered in patients' homes and communities.
