Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Corona, CA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities on a PRN basis. Therapists work with interdisciplinary teams to address functional goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating impairments such as upper-extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment with an evidence-based community approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
• Excellent communication with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
