Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver patient-centered care in the Tustin, CA area, visiting patients in their homes and communities. PRN positions are available, supported by interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

Therapists employ evidence-based methods to address upper-extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, visual-perceptual skills and adaptive equipment,

Qualifications

Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
