Northeast Family Services is seeking an in-home HBTS/PASS Clinician serving families in Providence, RI. The role offers a flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends to fit your summer plans.

The position requires a Master's in a human services field and an active license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT). A valid driver’s license and internet access are essential for in-home visits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Experience with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to secured high speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise direct treatment.
• Complete required documentation and develop treatment methodologies and progress reports.

$1,500 STAY-ON BONUS for LCSW/LMHCA and $3,000 STAY-ON BONUS for LICSW/LMHC.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in‑home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home‑based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE ! Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours

Salary

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
