Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing family consultations. You will document progress and guide staff to ensure effective home-based services.

This role offers a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends) and requires an active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT), a Master's degree, and reliable transportation or remote work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license - LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Experience with children/adolescents with complex needs and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A compassionate approach to care

Salary

• Starting at $64,000
