Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician in Rhode Island to work with families in-home, assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering family consultations and trainings. A flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends is available to accommodate families.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW/LICSW/LMHCA/LMHC/LMFTA/LMFT) provide in-home services, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and complete required documentation to support ongoing treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with complex health needs.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A compassionate approach to care.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Document treatment progress, develop treatment methodologies and progress reports.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Salary:

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
