Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Rhode Island is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing family consultations and trainings. This role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals and guiding home-based service delivery.

The position offers a truly flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Experience with children/adolescents with complex health/care needs.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Compassionate approach to care.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to secured high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
