Whitington Services for Children and Families is seeking Paraprofessionals to help parents and children within the community. The full-time role involves developing homemaker and effective parenting skills, with services in the family home, community sites, or office as approved by DCS/Probation.

The Paraprofessional will assist with documenting progress, coordinating with resources, and ensuring compliant billing and record-keeping in line with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to work in home, community, or office settings per case plan.

Responsabilités

• Document and maintain records of clients' progress.
• Gather information about community resources to support parenting and homemaker skills.
• Conduct initial assessments and refer clients to internal or community resources.
• Ensure accurate and ethical billing related to services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Provide clinical documentation and timely billing submissions.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including DCS guidelines.
