Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• HB/S claim: Bachelor's degree in social work preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Determine, verify, and document eligibility and enrollment for Head Start participants.
• Recruit families in the service area, assist with the application process.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and maintain funded enrollment levels.
• Record-keeping: accurate documentation of child records and case notes within timelines.
• Coordinate family partnerships, goal setting, and referrals based on needs and resources.
• Schedule regular meetings and home visits to engage families and stakeholders.
