Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Home Family Educator for the Early Head Start program based in Beaver Falls, PA.

The role involves visiting families, delivering home-based learning activities, and coordinating with community partners. The Home Visitor will work with infants, toddlers, and expectant mothers, building trusting relationships while documenting progress and connecting families to health, social, and supportive services.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement home-based learning experiences to support curriculum.
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development, health, nutrition and safety.
• Link families to community resources and services.
• Complete documentation of home visits and activities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide child development and supportive services to families with infants, toddlers, and expectant mothers.
• Implement the Early Head Start home-based curriculum.
• Connect families with community partners for services as needed.
• Document visits and progress for each family.
• Travel to home visiting appointments in Beaver County; report to local office daily.
